Are false Gods real or imaginary? Why would a real true God care of someone worshipped an imaginary friend?

Because time spent worshipping a nonexistent god (an "imaginary friend" as you call it) would very much be time wasted.

I think God would rather have us spend that time focusing on Him, on our families, on our communities, on the poor, and on helping others.

Worshipping "an imaginary friend" is an exercise in idleness. If someone has enough time on their hands that they would do this, I think God would prefer that this time be put to better and more productive use.

It is said the devil could be a false god.....some say all false god are the devil or one of his friends.

I believe false gods is just a good term to describe anything that keeps you from the real God... and that's why he cares about that... even imaginary ones.

Because God is jealous.We are told that several times in the Bible. He created everything and wants people to worship only Him. He did give us free will though to make our own decisions.

False Gods like in the religions, muslim, jewish, etc. well, like the one's in Africa, Satan is the one who tries to make you not believe in God, Jehovah, because, hold it....Satan was one of Jehovah's, God, angels. He was good until he was jealous because he wanted to be worshiped too. So then he disobeys god and well, (sry i'm still learnin) Then he tries to lead people to become bad. and Satan has angels to, but these angels are called "demons". They are also the one's who disobeyed god by going down to earth and takin other peoples' bodies to use. Like this one story about good angels of Jehovah. Up in heaven there were these angels who would watch the women down on earth and would want to have sexual relationships with them. well, they did so, and Jehovah did not like this. so he punished them and were now Satan's demons. And i'll tell u this...there is no such thing as hell. and not everyone get to go to heaven. only the 144,000 chosen ones will go. so wat happens to the other people? They're still in the ground, nothin left them, not their souls, nothin. they are in a deep sleep that can't be disturbed because they are dead. Now to imaginary friends, in Exodus 20:4,5 it says "You must not make for yourself a carved image or a from like anything that is in the heavens above or that is on the earth underneath or that is in the waters under the earth. You must not bow down to them nor be induced to serve them, because I Jehovah your God am a God exacting exclusive devotion, bringing punishment for the error of fathers upon sons, upon the third generation and upon the fourth generation, in the case of those who hate me." Or in a in other words we should NOT worship anyone but God.

He doesn't, because there is no God. replacing the Israelites to monotheism purely consolidated the skill of the monks over the individuals. in the journey that they were allowed to proceed worshiping different gods, their authority and administration may were a procedures a lot less.
