They are pretty much the same. They are both an antibiotic in a class of drugs called fluoroquinolones.

Ciprofloxacin fights bacteria in the body and is used to treat various types of bacterial infections.

Ofloxacin is used to treat various bacterial infections such as bronchitis, pneumonia, chlamydia, gonorrhea, skin infections, urinary tract infections, and infections of the prostate.
