i accidentally deleted the pics from the camera but will they be saved anywhere?

A camera will typically come with it's own internal memory and will have a slot for an after market expansion card (such as SD) which gives you extra capacity and is removable. If it has an expansion card fitted, try removing this and seeing if there are any photos in the internal memory. My Ricoh hides pics this way, only showing the internal memory when the card is out.
Try making sure that the expansion card is inserted correctly and being read! If it's in wrong your photos will be invisible.
However, I have to agree with the others, if you've deleted them all, they're gone! Learn from it and move on.

Your photos are gone. That is why it asks you if you are sure you want to delete the photos before it does it. It gives you a chance to change your mind. Sorry.
