Does she talk about a favorite vacation spot? --as a child? --as an adult? Weekend get-away.

If you decide to go with jewelry, personalize it. My boyfriend got me a past-present-future diamond necklace, and a beautiful ring... the ring is white gold with two hearts: one heart has his birthstone in it with his name engraved on the band beside it. there are girls who are just happy as what they get.
if you are asking for a big one, a jewelry is a big thing for every ladies, necklace, ring, bracelet etc..
if its on her own interest, like books, electronics, recipes if she is a good cook, going out for a big nite or surprise party, giving her lovely pet like cat or dog..
if its on her mood, going together on a short holiday somewhere and spending time together, bouquets of roses, wines, etc. invite her to dinner, theater
there's so much special to give to a lady..
but the best is... your time with her. its priceless.
