If you are diabetic then you cant eat fatty foods. But rather than gain weight you must mean muscle because its better to have muscle than fat when you have diabeties. Just eat healthy and eat a lot of protein or take vitamins daily. And exercise like walk for one hour or at a gym.

My freind is a diabetic too,Tog ain weight just eat like a lot of starchy foods! ANd u guess you can eat sugary foods as long as you have ur insulin by ur side!

how much do you weigh now?
it's better ti keep your weight at a slim point and not to gain to much weight it can hurt you if your a diabetic,
i'm a diabetic to and lost 80 pounds and feel so much better for it.
so don't over do it and let it alone if you can.

Just eat.Like everyone else in the world, eat.But you cant eat too much if you are still on the stupid cloudy/clear meds.Talk to your dr about moving to an novolog insulin pen.Its called MDI ( Multiple daily injections)
