I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

well, kinda. you have to look at the big picture.

a girl being able to even get that massive, pulsing, black (is best) meat stick into their throat is a huge endeavor. it will take a lot of courage and dedication.

eventually, you move to the next step, and thats all the different tricks you do while its in there. there's more to it than a little suckin'. that will take more time to master.

once you have mastered the previous techniques, then you move onto the art of "swallowing". by this time, you should already have a great appreciation for "foreplay", and you would know that it will take a lot of "minding the stepchildren" among other foreplay to get to the point where you swallow.

therefore, with the time invested in learning all these traits and techniques, you will have little time for food.

Nope. That is some myth that a guy wants you to believe just so he can have you give him a blow ---. It's the same as "spreading/rubbing sperm into your breasts makes them grow bigger". Have you heard that one too? It's false as well.

Anyway, it isn't wrong to swallow and it isn't wrong to say, "No" either. If you do swallow, just do it for the right reasons rather than be manipulated unfairly. Remember, YOU are the one in the driver's seat.
