It looks like you're old enough for judge to consider what you want, divorce is not that bad as long as two people can remain civil and look after the best interest of their children.
If that's not the case I would sit down with my parents and tell them "I don't care what the judge says, I'm not going to chose sides and I will split time between you. I will be the grownup here and make you share responsibilities towards me"

Depends on how old you are. If you are to make decsions on your own (the judge will help you) then you choose. If you are a minor and can't decide the judge will for you. Just remember lot sof people have been through this over 50% of marriges end in divoce and most turn out like every other productive member of society.
It will be OK just look it like a life lesson.

It depends on how old u are...if you are under 18 then the judge decides.....over 18 then choose the one you are closest to and have the best relationship with, but of course you can always spend time with the other parent and continue that relationship. It will be hard, but as long as they both love you and u them, you can work things out.

Don't choose the one that's more "fun", because if you're still living with one of your parents, you will need guidance and responsibility on their part in order to be more successful in the future. One may try to out-do the other for your attention, but it's important to disregard material things because those things come and go, but emotional support and real love will last for the rest of your life.

They divorce!! I assume that as you are writing in here that you are old enough to undersatnd that they need to make new lives.
It can be better for you because you get quality time with each of them and more presents, more attention and time! Cos they usually have an enormous guilt complex.

You usually don't get to choose. If Mom & Dad can't agree, then the courts will decide. Depending on your age, the judge may give you a say in the matter but ultimately, you don't decide.

It depends on your well-being. If you are a female I suggest your mother. If your a male, I suggest your father. It's so critical in your teenage years that a female can teach you how to be a woman and a male can teach you how to be a man. A woman can't teach a son how to become a man. and visa-versa
