I live in Wisconsin, so you may as well save your money up for a fine, and consider your not gonna get your license until your 21 yrs old, you'll also have to show proof of insurance that's gonna be high too because you screwed up...TOOO BAAAD,SOL (**** outta luck)

In most states, a conviction for minor in posession will result in revocation of your right to drive until age 21. You do NOT have to have been driving or even in a vehicle when the offense occurred.

as long as you weren't driving then it probably won't effect your license. If you got a DUI then it'll cause you to lose license for 6 months or longer, just like an adult

If you are caught and sited for DUI, Open container etc. You may lose your license until you are 21.

If you get caught, you won't be driving for a while. Plus what if you kill someone do you want that gilt for the rest of your life.
