Master Diver Badge
Tomb of the Unknown Soldier Guard Identification Badge
Astronaut Badge
Career Counselor Badge

Badges or Medals. If it is badges of rank I would say General of the Army (5 Star).
If it is Medals of course that would be the Congressional Medal of Honor.
In order of Rarity:
1. Congressional Medal of Honor.
2. Distinguished Service Cross.
3. Distinguished Flying Cross.
4. Navy Cross.
5. Silver Star.
6. Bronze Star.
From the list above you can see that Silver and Bronze Stars are pretty regular in nature. Distinguished Service Crosses are rare as well but not as rare as the Congressional The Distingusihed Flying Cross is not as rare as it used to be.

Choosing from your list I would say the tomb badge. In my 20 years in the Army I had only seen 4 guys who had earned the tomb badge...
I think the Astronaut Badge is not an Army award?
