At home, croissants and coffee are fine.

BUT, on holiday, or while staying in an hotel..... the full Scottish/English/Irish breakfast is a must................

Can you just visualise a plate filled with smoked bacon, pork sausages, black pudding, tomatoes, potato scones(cakes), an egg (fried, scrambled or poached) and lots of hot buttered toast served with steaming hot tea or freshly brewed coffee?!?!?!?!?!

If I've made you feel hungry, go to it and cook something tasty right now.

A couple of rashers of Tescos finest Canadian maple cured back bacon, grilled so that just the edges of the rinds are crispy...
Two fried eggs, done so that they are still a bit runny...

BUTTER fried mushrooms, maybe with a few herbs too, one or two slices of toast (whatever colour)...
And maybe a small slice of black pudding (Can't eat too much myself)

And a lovely, strong cuppa PG tips :P

LOVELY

(And depending on your preference, fried tomatoes and baked beans)
