lol. Why do you need a girl fried?
anyway, get a very large frying pan or maybe ask your local chippy if u can use their deep fat fryer. Take the girl in question and dunk repeatedly into deep fat fryer turning as you go, then chuck her in completely and if the fryer has a lid place that on top. Et voila! One fried girl.
Are you going to serve her at a restaurant or what?

Maybe you should spend less time asking yourself and everyone around you (in person and over the internet) and start doing something about it. If you're looking for girl friends or a girl for a relationship, start going to places where those type of girls hang out/go to. Once you know where to go, find out how to interact better with them, then results should be expected.

The best way to find a girl friend is to be yourself and also not go out of your way to be rude. They are out there looking to. You find some one you like ask them out, the worst they can say is no. Then again maybe they say yes. Never know unless you try.

i hope u mean FIRED and not fried . its caused a lot of misunderstanding.
you call the person in and just tell her that she's fired for whatever reason it is. pls maintain the right tone. it can't be loud , aggresive or rude. it has to just be professional and straight . no hanky panky .
