you first need to befriend her before you plunge into anything romantic. does she know that you're in her class? i hope so .
try to get to do things together, like movies, coffee , shopping ???
seriously , the more time you spend with her , the more she'll know you and that's when you make your move by telling her how you feel about her. if by then she also feels the same then good going, otherwise you just need to accept her as a friend.
