I used to work nights so I understand, havea couple mornings where you get up early (or the time you think you should) no matter how late you fall asleep, you should be tired enough to fall asleep earlier after a couple nights, and get into sync. BTW it never helps worrying about falling asleep on time, just keeps you up.

Okay, I totally understand your situation.
I had a sleeping disorder.
You need to go to bed at a steady time like 22:30, and do that every night, and get up every morning at 09:00. And keep doing that, just keep doing that, and after a while, your body will pick up the rhythm and you will sleep normal again. But keep to the steady times, make yourself. So don't reed in your bed, just be on your bed and try to sleep. And get up, no matter if you are tired on not, get op at 09:00.
I hope for you that it all gets good again.

what do you mean by your mother is getting all pissy. she obviously doesnt show you any discipline, you dont say how old you are but as a guide, my kids go to bed at 9pm. they are aged 10 and 9.to get your pattern back to normal wake up at 7 am and make yourself go to bed at 9 pm. have a milky drink before you go to bed, and read a book till you are tired, avoid coffee and all foods just before you go to bed. there are also products on the market to help you to sleep which contain natural ingredients.

Your body is on a schedule, it just happens that it is an odd one.
If you want to please your mother then get in bed when it is time to goto bed and close your eyes, just lay there until you fall asleep. Also stop eating so much sugar and don't stay up late.

you can buy sleep aids otc or is you do want to take those you can take those pill for the itches i hope you know what i am talking about cause i do know how to spell it my spelling sucks
