You can only find out whether the fax was received by the fax machine at the other end. Most fax machines have a transmission report function that prints out a summary of faxes sent. It should say whether the transmission was OK (received) or not.

But to make sure that the person you intend the fax to go to has received it, give him/her a call.

A: is your fax where you last left it?
B: is it in the other person's house?
C: if no to A and yes to B, then someone has your fax.

Call them and ask them...................Or............why dont you set your fax up to print a report after every fax sent...............I have it and its very handy, you dont have to stand by the fax waiting to see if it goes through..................As I always get a report back saying sent/busy/error etc............
