ask her what she is doing tonight , ask her if she would like go on a walk with you... if she accepts, be sure she doesnt dislike you...that might be simple friendship too, but at least you will know she doesnt hate you..
depending on the girl, you could ask her directly if she want to go out with you. if she likes you and if she is not too shy, she'll accept.

Tell her how you feel and ask her how she feels about you. You could look for the "right signs" but sometimes signs and signals can be read wrong, or sent wrong. The only way to be sure, is to ask her. Besides she will admire your courage.

She can simply say "I like you" Thats always a good sign.

If I wouldn't ask her I would give it time. If that still doens't confirm it you should maybe have a friend ask her. The friend might be really cool and not even tell her you put him up to it.
