Standing in front of the bathroom mirror after a hot shower. look at them. Notice the beautiful soft curves. Look at your nipples. Try to make them hard by just looking at them. Try oils theyre great,I find ice cubes do the job well too.Focus on your nipples.Practise makes perfect,keep trying soon youll be an expert at it.
