Yes, absolutely!!! But you are going to have to put in some serious milage in order to make that happen. For me, weight loss occurs when I begin putting in over 50 miles a week, but that said I usually begin to eat more to sustain the training, not all those calories being good for me.

yes u can! but how long will u run??? even diet play important role if u eat more thn u run thn the energy which will be used up wht u ate not wht from fat which is already stored in ur body..... so better eat less fatty food n do ur jogging for 45mins n other exercise is also important apart from jogging aerobics are best i say.........
