No one can be made into God. This position is occupied already... forever. He is the source of everything, but He Himself has no source. He is the causeless cause of all causes. He is the begining of everything, yet He is without begining. That is God.He is always God. It is not that He has become God at one point. This cannot be understood by material logic.

Humans make gods in our imaginations.
In the spirit of your question though: If people believe that something can exist without being created, then they might as well accept that the universe exists without being created, rather than inventing a god to do a job which they themselves concede is unnecessary.

The idea that something needs a begining and an end is a functon of time. Subtract time and neither of them are necessary.
God is said to be eternal. What is eternal has no begining or end, and is not constrained by time in any way.

Be careful, you're stepping on the grounds of Scientology talk! I'm not very religious nor have I read any biblical references on the creation of god, but I assume they would say something about him being the beginning of all creation and that there was nothing that came before God or, atleast, he created himself.

God didn't "installed" something in our minds and we can never think of it, or even find a theory for it. For example, letters, maybe God could pronounce many more sounds than we could. If you do know what I mean, you will give me higher points.

God isn't a person to create, so there is no making. You can't create the creator. Faith, have faith. I would rather be saved and live and though there is a God, then to die and find out there isn't. Rather than living as if there isn't a God and die and find out there is.

No one made God. He has always existed. He has no beginning and no end.

What does it matter?
It has nothing to do with salvation through Christ.
I would be of more concern if I were going to be with this God for eternity, rather than where He came from.
Good Luck.
