It won't hurt her feelings. If anything, she will feel really good about herself. The problem is that things between you two might get awkward after telling her. Make sure that when you do tell her (and you must), that you also tell her that you don't want it to ruin your friendship.

Tell her "i don't want to hurt ur feeling but i need to tell u some thing that has been bothering me for quite some time..." and tell her the stuff
