Yes in a way they do, the animals, plants, insects and all other creatures are animated by the planetary spirit. Now because of over breeding as I understand it there are not enough spirits/gamers to animate all the human bodies so the planetary spirit has to animate humans as well they are called minions, otherwise we would experience a whole hell of alot more still born babies, and that would not sit right with the illusion of this reality. We are spirits playing a game and you can think of minions as artificial intel or extra's in a movie. Apparently there a ratio of 65% minion and the rest true gamers. I would assume that a clone would have to be animated much the same way. Just like anything else living there has to be a source of energy for it to operate, even a toaster needs a energy source.

Clones, in whatever form they exist, do not have souls. Humans do not have souls. Animals do not have souls. In Genesis we read: Adam BECAME a living soul. Adam was not given a soul, he WAS a soul.
At Genesis 1:20-21, we read God's command that the waters swarm forth a swarm of living souls. Sea creatures are thus souls.
Numbers 31:28 says to levy a tax or tribute and then describes it: one SOUL out of every 500 of humans, of the flock and of the herd.
The Hebrew word nephesh is translated soul and is used of humans and animals. These scriptural examples show that the soul was not something inside the creature - the soul IS the creature, or the life that the creature enjoys.
So no human and no animal has a soul. It is not a possession. It is the creature.

As per hindu religion all living things have a soul. Clones also will have a soul.
You can compare an original and a clone as two computers with identical hardware but different software. Like no two computers are identical in their running of the software due to their programing, the original and a clone will always remain different, even if they have the same hardware.
The soul is similar to the software in a computer, which gets influenced by deeds in previous lives and present life. According per hindu religion the soul never dies only the body changes. (Body of animals and plants included.)

Cloning is the most basic form of reproduction. Cells seperate, forming two 'cloned' cells .Banana plants, are an example of a complex organism that in the cultivated form are all clones. They have no sexual process, no introduction of different DNA.
I wonder if someone believes in seperaate souls for each being, how is that being constituted ? If someone looses some of their body,or mind is it possible to no longer be defined as a soul holder ?
Is there a part of this reality that is somehow seperate from the rest and excluded from any spiritual realm? If not can we not accept that soul is continuous, and all inclusive, free from stain, goodness or evil ?

only animal clones have been made and no animals have souls. As far as human clones go, yes I would say that if they were a living, breathing, sentient human, then they would have souls.

Yes they have souls. If they didn't they'd be like robots. They come from humans/animals. I liked the answer another person gave. "A clone is like having a twin." oh and Yes, animals do have souls.

Your soul is your connection to God.
(it didn't evolve, it can't be transplanted, it's your "spiritual" organ)
God didn't intend for cloning to be possible, He didn't create the clone, so I don't think it would have a soul. That's a good question to ponder, though. Maybe that's why He hasn't allowed a "clone" to survive.

Everything has a soul.
You can only ask this question because you have been led to believe that something exists that is not a part of God. The idea that God is separate and lives on a far off cloud called heaven is nonsense; Jesus told us that the father’s kingdom is in each of us. Always remember this because if anyone tries to tell you something different they are confused.
That which exists, exists because God created it. He/She created it out of the only thing available, Herself. For this reason everything that exists, exists as a part of God. There is no point where God ends and something else begins.
If it did not come from God then it does not exist.

Soul is not an identifiable object as religionists think.
There are only 2 main organisms, the living one and the dead.
The living one is believed which has a soul,
Seeking evidences from a 2000 Years old scripture/Bible is an
absolute taboo!!
