For me it is the behavior you have about food. You are supposed to eat when you are hungry, to have a schedule and not to have malnutrition or be overweight.

If you are under a stressful situation, or have anorexia, bulimia, or whatever, you won't seek a good nourishment.

You mean eatting behavior. You forgot the extra t. It is how and what you eat throughout the day.
