i know there are ppl in pakistan and india who can be hired to cry at funerals, where can I find such ppl?
I am ready to pay a good price. next year my mom and her sister are probably going to die, so maybe they can give me a family price??

I cry for you my dear. It is really sad that you born in such a disgusting family for which there is nobody to cry and is forced to hire people for crying at funeral.
Fun apart, you are right there is a community in Tamil Nadu in India who does something similiar to crying. The practice is that they collective the details of the dead person from the family of the dead and keep telling all the good deed of the dead in a loud voice that is nearer to crying / shouting. The idea behind this, i guess, is that the people who visist to pay the last respects will come to know the good deeds of the dead.

It is permissable to weep tears for the deceased person, however, screaming and crying is not allowed. Hadrat Abu Hurayrah (Radi Allahu Ta'ala anhu) has narrated that the Most Beloved Prophet of Allah, Hadrat Muhammad Mustafa (Salla Allahu Ta'ala 'alayhi wa 'aalihi wa Sallam) has stated : ''Allah says, 'I have nothing to give but Paradise as a reward to my believer slave, who, if I cause his dear friend (or relative) to die, remains patient (and hopes) for Allah's reward)' '' (Bukhari)

So your dad has died and now your mother and sister are going to die? I don't see how you could know that your mother and sister are going to die...but um sorry for your loss and future loss.
I don't know where you can hire crying people for funerals...just ask friends to do it...or try craig's list.
