If you are not willing to use condoms, birth control pills or the patch, or a diaphragm, etc. Then you and your wife need to do some serious research on the rhythym method. (ask a seriously Catholic friend)
YOu need to learn more about her monthly cycle and track the days that are least likely to impregnate her, and have relations on those days only. This removes any spontaneity and there is still a large risk that she will get pregnant. The only sure fire method is abstinance.

I tried the rhythm method years ago....... I do not recommend it.
I don't know exactly what your idea of "a gap" is. Most couples (if you look around) have a gap of 18-24 months between their children. I know, there are those who have them much closer. But I do feel that God, in His infinite wisdom, created a woman's body to pretty much regulate the "gap" between children.
The woman can now take her temperature and know when she is ovulating, so that might be an option for you. Don't touch her when she's ovulating.
I don't know what else to say because I'm not at all familiar with Islam and all of it's laws.

after 7 to 8 days of the monthly cycle u can do sex up to 1 week beforethe monthly cycle.hope it will work for u.

If your wife is on a regular monthly cycle she can have some success with what they call the rhythm method. Basically what you do is based on the time of the month, if it is during her fertile time then no sex. It is not 100% effective but some couples do have good luck with it. If you google rhythm method you should be able to find lots of good info on how exactly to find her fertile time.

You can use the "pull out" method, That means you have sex then "leave" before you ejaculate. This is not 100% though. Maybe 50 %.
