Just talk to her, make jokes and be you. Hang out with her for a few days to feel her out a bit, then just say it. Look into her eyes and say; You know _____ I have a lot of fun when i am with you, and I really like you. Would you like to go out with me sometime?

wait till u become good friends. u could start of by flirting or teasing her.make it a gradual process instead of being in a hurry
