Maybe you should try cutting down to 3 meals a day. it may be a burger but only have it 3 times a day. no wait!
Eat maximum two burgers for dinner, and only then, have a salad for lunch, or at most a sandwich!
have cereal for breakfast.
Carry on like you are going to get clogged arteris and possibly have a heart attack!
harsh i know but you need to be told!

1 or 2 burgers an hour? it means that you eat more than 10 burgers a day......WOW! I suggest that you lessen the burgers you eat or eat foods that less in fat.....like vegetables.....have a good diet and have an exercise/work out......everyday...........every morning......don't take stimulants...........don't hurry up of losing your weight......take more time.........on enjoying being like that........

Try changing your diet.....lose the fried beef, you lose all those horrible saturated fats and trans fats. Put in yogurt with fruit, add some cereal to make a crunch; go with tofu, and veggies, even go with a veggie burger that was baked. You will see a difference in your health and attitude and energy.

hmm.. you eat one/ two burgers an hour? you take burger as meal?.. if you do, you should stop. Quantity is not the problem. is what lies in them. Burgers are high in fat = worst den a proper meal.
