Spam fritters
4oz flour
milk
1 egg
1 tin of Spam
Lots of chips
1 TBS oil
Put flour in bowl, mix in enough milk to make a runny paste, pour in oil beat in one egg. Slice the Spam up into slices 1/4" thick or thinner if you want more. Dip slices into batter and fry in hot oil until crispy and golden. Smother with ketchup and scoff the lot with chips. Beer can be added to the batter to make it lighter and crispier if you so desire.

Cajun Coconut SPAM Fritters
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Cut SPAM into 32 spears. Place wooden toothpick lengthwise into each spear. In bowl, combine pancake mix and cajun seasoning, gradually add milk, stirring until smooth. Dip each spear into batter, roll in coconut until lightly coated. Place on lightly sprayed baking sheet. Bake for 10-13 minutes, turning halfway through baking, until golden brown and batter is cooked through. Serve warm fritters with sweet & sour sauce on the side for dipping. Makes 32 appetizer servings.

SPAM FRITTERS
Oil for frying or deep frying
Batter:
125g/4oz (1 cup) Plain flour
Pinch of salt
1 Large egg
125ml/4 fl oz (half cup) Milk, or milk and water, or water, or beer Mix together all the batter ingredients in a bowl. The mixture should be thick, in the proportions given above, in order to coat the SPAM well. Cut the SPAM into 8 slices.
Meanwhile, heat 2-3 tablespoons oil in a frying pan or wok, or heat a depth of oil in a deep-fryer to 170oC/340oF or until a cube of day-old bread turns golden in 1 minute.
Coat the SPAM slices once or twice with the batter then drop them into the hot oil. If shallow frying allow 2-3 minutes on each side; if deep frying allow a total cooking time of 3-4 minutes, turning over the fritters as required. Drain on kitchen paper. Serve with mash.
Mustardy SPAM fritters with tomato salsa
1 340g Can SPAM Chopped pork and ham Lite
Oil for deep frying
100g/4 oz Self raising flour
Pinch of salt
15ml/1 tbsp Vegetable oil
30ml/2 tbsp Wholegrain mustard
200ml/7 floz Sparkling mineral water
60ml/4 tbsp Plain flour
SALSA
3 Tomatoes, chopped
1 Red onion, chopped
1 Large red chilli, deseeded and chopped
30ml/2 tbsp Chopped fresh coriander
45ml/3 tbsp Tomato ketchup
Heat the oil in a deep fryer to 180oC/350oF. Sift the flour and salt together in a bowl, make a well in the middle. Add the oil, mustard and gradually stir in the mineral water. Lightly mix until smooth and lump free. Slice each can of SPAM Lite into four. Sprinkle the plain flour onto a plate and season with black pepper.
To make the salsa, mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Chill until required.
When the oil is hot, coat two of the SPAM slices in flour, then dip in the batter before dropping into the hot fat. Fry for 2-3 mins, turning until the fritters are golden and crisp.
Use a slotted spoon to lift from the oil and drain on kitchen paper. Repeat with the remaining SPAM and batter to make 8 fritters. Serve immediately with potato wedges and the salsa.

Here's a recipe (not fritters) my mother used to make
CUSTARDY MACARONI
8 oz. elbow macaroni
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 can Spam (cubed)
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
1/2 cup grated parmigian cheese
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 eggs (beaten slightly)
3 cups milk
1 cup shredded sharp cheese (divided 3/4 & 1/4)
Cook macaroni, drain and set aside. Saute onion and Spam in butter for 5 minutes, drain off grease. Mix macaroni with parsley flakes, parmigian cheese, paprika and pepper to coat. Stir in spam mixture, 3/4 cup sharp cheese. Pour into greased
2-quart baking dish. Beat eggs slightly and combine with milk; pour over macaroni. Top with remaining
1/4 cup sharp cheese. Bake @ 375 for 40-45 minutes or until set. Remove from the oven, and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Superstar = Fresh spam where do you get this one from?? That is funny. Anyhow to make spam fritters you make some nice light batter ( dont make it thick or it will soak up nearly all the oil in your pan) , dip your spam in the batter , and then deep fry it in the hot oil. Note, make sure your oil is as hot as you can get it ( you can tell this if your spam rises to the top.)
Hope you get decent spam fritters, coz if you do they are one of the best.

Thick cut spam, covered in batter, and deep fried for about 5 minutes (or until the batter is crispy)...
[EDIT]To make it a little special, two thin pieces of spam with cheese in the middle (mozzeralla or processed cheddar slices)...

they don't do fresh spam anymore only the tinned variety.
Anyway you slice it, cover it in batter and deep fry it. Its vile and very bad for your cholesterol levels & makes you fart.
Apple fritters are nice though :)

spam fritters r easy, cut the spam as thin or thick as you like it dip in batter mix and fry them

Well first of all you gorra catch your Spam....now this is not easy so don't pay any attention to ANYONE who tells you differently........... the best time to catch you Spam is at PRECISELY 02.43am....any later and they`ll toughen up when cooked.......
To cook them... cut them up into equal proportions..... make up some batter mix (Packet stuff is OK), dip the cuts into the mix and shallow fry in your favourite oil.....mmmmmmm
