Yes, call your vet. If unavailable, look in the yellow pages for an emergency vet clinic. Vomiting blood can be a sign of something fatal. Good luck.

Go to the vet at once. Vomiting blood is a bad sign always. Wouldn't you go to hospital if it happened to you?

Vomiting blood is a pretty serious symptom.
Take him to the vet...
Best of luck.

My dog did the same thing last week, but he also had the poops. We took him to the vet and he was diagnosed with "dietary indescretion". He was tested for parasites and fortunately had none. He was put on a strict diet and antibiotics. He's doing better now, but we have to keep a sharp watch on what he does outside.

You need to call the vet, if it was really blood there is a problem and it requires a vet to help your dog.

Definitely take the dog to the vet. That doesn't sound good. It could be some sort of stomach ulcer that the dog can't feel yet.

May be it has eaten bones or something metalic. An Xray will help.
