Last names can't be given as wished cause they are a continuation of the family names and are passed through generations. You can differenciate an Armenian last name by the ending 'ian' or 'yan'. As for first names, for boys: Hrant, Hrayr, Vatche, Vahe, Dikran, Vrej and for girls; Lale, Lila, Gagatch, Nune, Nayiri, Talar...etc.

Surnames are generally recognisable by 'yan'. If you cut off the 'yan', you frequently have a Turkish word left (no use if you're not Turkish). I don't know too many first names, but I've heard of 'Arto' and 'Hrant'. And, if I could take a stab, 'Morena'?
