He phoned and asked to put his name on the card as well?He said he will pass by home to bring me some money. I know he is working and couldn't make it, but it was as he wanted to put his name with mine. We normally did things like this when we were together. He broke up with me because I asked for a commitment, he got scared and left, he was avoiding me, in the last 2 months he started contacting me, asks how is my daughter(not his) etc. I am trying to show him that am independent and happy and moving on with my life but also showed him that I do love him and respeact his decision and wish him all the happiness.
this phonecall with the wedding card makes me think, what do you think?? Would he reconsidering getting back for something more serious?

Guides he is not cheap and he didnn't even have to send any gifts to my boss. We are greeks and we invite 10000thousand people, also I have offered to give him another card and he said no, it's good to share one

No. He's not trying to show you he wants you back. He's being a cheap ba$tard who doesn't want to buy his own gift.
Have some respect for yourself! Tell him where to get off!
Honey, based on your Additional Details, it sounds like you've already reached your own conclusion, and your own decision. So why are you asking a bunch of people you don't know for their opinion. If you truly believe in your heart that he wants to get back together, that things will be different this time, and it's what you want to do, then go for it.

Being the typical woman we have a tendency to love HARD, as I'm sure most can relate. Please don't set your self up for heartache and failure----again. The same way he expressed not wanting a committment to you before, he could express a reunion if that's what he truly desired. To him, this is simply a way to save himself time and hassle with gift/card buying. Stop making it easy for him, and making yourself too cooperative and available. Subconsciously, you are sadly putting your goals/dreams/plans on hold to see what direction he will take. Even if he came back, the relationship may have problems because you will be questioning is he truly happy, does he feel I pressured him into this etc.? If you respect his decision as you say, then move on:
"If you love something, set it free.
If it comes back to you, it's yours.
If it doesn't, it never was."
Do what's best for you and your daughter. I'm not saying give up on your love, which you obviously have for this man, but don't allow him to be the puppeteer pulling your heart strings.

Yes, he is now showing you that he is willing to share responsibility with you. Give him your love, you won't regret it. And also, if your boss isn't the owner of the company that you work for, giving him money is the best gift ever.

Even if his motives are pure, you've made your decision and you are moving on with your life (and good for you), and you should CONTINUE to move on with your life. As well-intentioned as his gesture may be, it's really no longer appropriate.
Politely decline and keep moving on.

Maybe he is changing his mind. An astrologer (a good one that is) that had his birth details (place, date, time) could tell you if he wanted to get back together.
