Laundromats - Firstly, u can't say this word because they don't know what are u talking about. U have to say auto laundry or auto washing machine.
In HK, there have not many laundromats but u can find many laundries and they are so cheap. Most of them also will offer delivery service if u request.
In Tokyo, there have many laundromats in everywhere.

Internet cafes - both cities have internet cafe but just in downtown.
