well here is the deal, I let my mom take my BMW 7 series out for a while and then when she comes home she hits the other car that we have in the garage backing into it! my car is pretty long and she is pretty short so there is some disadvantage! but anyways will insurance pay for this in any way if I tell them this? I really am pissed, but its my mom so I don't want to make it a real big deal! Any advice or anything appreciated and also best answer that actually answers my question recieves 10 points!!! Thanks!

Collision coverage will pay for the damage to the BMW less your deductible. As far as the other car it depends. If there is collision coverage insurance will pay, if not they may pay if vehicles are registered to 2 different people. There is a clause in the policy that says you cannot cause damage to your own property. So if both cars are registered to one person, the one that was parked will most likely not be covered.

Insurance typically follows the vehicle. However, depending the the number of times your mom drive the vehicle (among other factors), the claim adjust on your end my deny the claim.

I dont think they will, covers damage to third party property and unless the other car didnt belong to you then i cant see that they will pay
