I enjoy my lunch more than any thing else coz i'll be really hungry. ( hunger is the best curry, remember??)
If the guests are some one really close to you, then its better to call them over for a dinner because the night time is more peaceful and calm. Since time is not a big issue at night you could have better interaction with ur guests.
when the guests are more of a formal type its better to call them for lunch.

Actually it depends...............
On working days,I enjoy dinner the most..... Because:
Breakfast is done in haste.
Lunch is packed , so it isnt fresh when eaten
Dinner is served hot and fresh at home and i can eat leisurely.
But on Holidays i enjoy breakfast the most because it is something special.
And as for guests, i prefer to call them over for dinner. Becuase evening atmosphere is merrier than afternoons!!!

Dinner. That way the meals will not be so rushed and they can stay for some more conversation after eating. :)

Breakfast, 'cause by the time I'm at my desk eating it, I'm hungry. When I eat breakfast with 1-1/2 cups of coffee, I feel GREAT! Without it, I don't know what I'd do or how I'd function. I'm also depressed when low on fuel.

as for your guests, invite them for dinner, then that way you don't have to rush for time and gulp the food down. you can enjoy your company and yourself and relax....throw in some desert too.
