NANCY's ITALIAN BEAN SALAD
1 large green pepper, sliced in strips
2 small onions, sliced thin
1 medium can chick beans, rinsed - drained
1 medium can kidney beans, rinsed - drained
1 medium can cannellini beans, rinsed - drained
1 small can string beans, rinsed - drained
1 small can wax beans, rinsed - drained
1 small can lima beans, rinsed- drained
1/3 cup oil
2/3 cup white vinegar
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
In large bowl, mix together beans with peppers and onions. In small bowl whisk oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Add dressing over beans. Toss to coat. Cover. Refrigerate. Marinate overnight.

OLGA's SUMMER SQUASH CASSEROLE
6 cups (2 pounds) yellow squash - sliced
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded carrots (grated fine)
1 (8 ounce) package seasoned herb stuffing
1/2 cup butter - melted
In saucepan, bring water to boil and cook sliced squash and chopped onion for 5 minutes and drain.
Combine in large bowl, cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Stir in shredded carrot. Fold in squash and onion.
Melt butter in large skillet and mix with herb stuffing.
In casserole dish spread half of the stuffing mix on the bottom. Spoon squash mixture on top.
Sprinkle remaining stuffing over squash mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until heated through.

KATIE's FUMI SALAD
8 tablespoons almonds, slivered - toasted
8 tablespoons sesame seeds - toasted
1 head of cabbage, chopped
6 green onions, sliced
4 Tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 Tablespoons Accent Seasoning
6 Tablespoons rice vinegar
3/4 cup salad oil
2 packages of Top Ramen
(NOODLES ONLY - crumbled)
Toast nuts and seeds in oven until browned.
Set aside to cool.
Chop cabbage and slice onions; mix together in bowl. Combine sugar, salt, pepper and Accent Seasoning together and drudge into cabbage.
Mix vinegar and oil together adding to cabbage and stir. Crumble Ramen noodles adding to cabbage along with the nuts and seeds. Stir. Refrigerate.

steamed broccli with cheese sauce, vegie medley with lemon pepper, a good one is hominy cassarole cook can hominy till liquid is almost gone add velveeta cheese about a cup melt ,half a small can of green chilis drained mix all together taste good also no tomatos, good luck

i carrot,few french beans, capsicum, (cut them in to cubes)
hand ful of green peas. little garlic ginger paste.
saute onions in little oil,until turns in pink colour add garlic ginger paste and all the vegetables except capsicum, add salt, chilli powder, little coriande powder and tumeric powder can b added. sprinkle little water and simmer it for 5 m, later add capsicum n coriander leaves,stir well cook for 2m and serve.
