take some time to sit quietly and think about the good parts of your relationship. take out old photos, love letters...have a good laugh and cry over them. then put them down and tell yourself that yes you had something good, but sometimes things just don't work out between two people.

then get some fresh air, maybe ask your friends to take you out shopping or to a movie. clear your head.

it will take time to get over it. i spent a year and a half getting out of the rut of my first broken heart. things finally settled out when i found a new passion - dance. sometimes distracting yourself with something else works, sometimes it doesn't.

good luck girl, my heart goes out to you.

Spend time doing things you like. Hang out with your friends, or make new ones. Enjoy school, make new friends there, join some activities there.

There are a million fish in the sea. If someone broke your heart, you move on, with time you'll forget. Just learn from the experience, heal your wounds, and know that all you need is an open mind and value your feelings so that someone better can come into your life.

Don't hang on to negative feelings for too long, not all guys are jerk, i promise you that. No matter how many times I've had my feelings hurt, it is always good to know that not all guys are jerk, so stay positive, cause I can guarantee you that you will love again.

Time. It took me 2 years to get over my first whom I dated for 5 years (not healthy). You need to just let your heart heal and start dating. Do not compare everyone to him b/c it will get you know where. I'm sorry about the lose.
