Depending on the situation. An abusive relationship is always a no no. There is not enough information to give a better answer. But like someone already said, there is a reason why they are called Exes.

If you've learned better about your ex and think it might be worth a second try why not?! The thing is, there will have to be more investment from both parts, and acceptance to what used to be hard to bear. Just make sure there's love in there before you give it a try, otherwise it's just another movie we've already seen!
