I will become very impatient and pricky when i am frustrated over something. I will raise up my voice and sounds like scolding him.. But i didn't meant to do that. Is there anything wrong with me?

If you've identified that as a problem, and you believe he's important enough to you, you'll need to adjust your behaviour to be fair to him.

Try to explain to him what your frustrations are, so that he can expect when you'll be in a poor mood and perhaps avoid subjects or behaviour that might set you off.

On your part, you should be mindful that it takes two hands to clap in a relationship, and take a step back before you blow up the next time. Of course no one's perfect, and everyone will have a blow up now and again, but that should be the exception, rather than the norm.

It shouldn't take a crisis situation for you to realise what's important to you. If you treasure your relationship, don't take it for granted.

Aside from the fact that you may be over stressed or have more of just the normal depression everyone gets sometimes~its not that uncommon to take your frustrations out on the ones you love Not saying its right but i find its pretty normal~probably cause people feel they can get away with more on people that care about them~plus you tend to spend the most time with those people so unfortunately they are bound to get your wrath~If its something you find that happens often maybe you should go talk to someone just to make sure you arent suffering from anxiety or a more deeper depression that is out of your control~maybe you need better coping skills to learn how to deal with your feelings if you are the kind of person that tends to keep it all bottled up thats just a recipe for disaster

You think about it. How long is this relationship being carried on. are u sure that everything is fine between u 2? Have u understood your bf perfectly? are u pressed under any depression or somethin? Ask these questions to yourself and try and spend more time with your bf..

after scolding your bf, just think about that when you are alone, and especially when you miss him, may be when he is out of station or some thing, you should gradually change, even this one does not help you, go for anger management.

no nothing is wrong with u
u dont do it on purpose
it just happens when ur fustrated
its normal
but try to have a bit more of control when u know ur stressing out
for example, try to think about what ur going to say BEFORE u say it
:)

I do the same thing. You're just taking out your fustration on him, & that's not good at all. Let him know it was a mistake & talk about whatever is upsetting you with him. He'll be glad you're doing it.

you have nobody else to depressurize yr anger to. Sorry for him but find another way as you may lose him in long term.
