1) Get on a written budget
2) Start using cash instead of credit for expenses where you typically overspend (eating out, groceries, etc.)
3) Pick-up an extra job or two
4) sell something
I hope this helps.

If you are in this kind of situation, oh.. boy! You definitely have a huge problem at hand. My only advise will be for you to find someone very close to you, preferably your parents or the very least your brother or sister, who can spare you the amount without any interest. Borrow the amount from any of them and pay-off the said debt, if possible the whole amount to avoid incurring interest. If that's with a credit card company, then you will sink even deeper if you don't get to pay the amount on time because of the unreasonable interest that credit card companies charge their cardholders. There's no other option. Approaching another lending company would drown you more in debt considering your situation. Besides, no lending company will let you borrow if you don't have a good paying job.

Well, don't you wish you payed a lot more attention to school now? Try to get some kind of education-at least associate. That will help you get better job with better pay. But even that can't get you that much. In today's economy even graduate degree doesn't help you that much, but its a minimum. If you ever want to make more then $35,000p/y then go back to school.
