They "shrink" your problems and get down to the nitty gritty. My shrink loves being called that and thinks it's hilarious, but then again, she's awesome.

human heads,,,
actually its not far from the truth,
i feel a big part of psychiatric problems come
from big egos, intellect, big heads. if we could shrink them
down to size its a start
