Hi, I have a mosquito bite, and yeah...do i have west nile?
I have a slight headache, i think from being in so hot weather. i don't think i have fever, no...i don't i think. i'm just "blind" from being freaked out.
what should i do???

If you see a lot of dead blue jays in your area then there may be some risk.

Take an extra vitamin C.

CALM down.. Calm DOWN...
You are working your self up.. West Niles is not a death sentence hon, You have to be really old or sickly or very young.. You would have such a headache you couldn`t lift your head.
Hon, When you ARE sick, You KNOW you are sick.. There is NO hmmm, MAYBE I`m sick.
