how is any other kind of honey possible? I guess "non" organic honey is when the bees have been collecting pollen from pesticide-soaked oil seed rape etc. Organic honey presumably tries to keep away from that stuff. Not easy I'd have thought.

it's organic if the flowers they feed on are organically grown, so that there are no pesticided or other residues in the honey
