Understanding and
someone who will listen to them and be there for them at all times.
Apart from that, if you're talking about what women want in general...
Money/career/good job
Independence (as well as someone they can depend on)
Caring, loving family and friends/relationships

Women are not one big entity they are individuals, you can't say that all women will want this or that. There are some universal wants and needs for all of us though, security, kindness, respect, love, attention, most women probably want these things, along with most men. Treat women as individuals, for that matter treat everyone as individuals.

These are just a few but...A big pretty house,beautiful children,great body and hair/knight in shining armor that truly loves them and treats andrespects them like a queen....one or more of these things.

We want you to be honest.. We want you to treat us with the same respect YOU expect to receive. We want you to listen. We don`t want you to fix everything.. We don`t want you to make all the choices. We want to be able to be WHO we are.. We are tired of the attitude that we are only good for sex.. We are tired of pushing you off. No means NO.. If we don`t want to have sex with you. IT doesn`t give you the right to get angry.. We don`t OWE you anything.. If you ask me out and You pay for dinner, that is only polite. If I ask my friend to lunch, I pay.. Just because you pay doesn`t give you special rights.. YOU DID ASK....

It's definitely not fun having someone waiting hand and foot on you, and DEFINITELY not fun having someone controlling you.
Just contribute to the relationship equally and that's pretty much it.
