Funnel cakes with lots of powdered sugar with a lemon shake up to drink. The funnel cake violates probably every healthy food idea known to man, it's so loaded with fat (from frying) and sugar. It's really a "guilty sin" food. The lemon shake up keeps the mouth fresh and ready for that great funnel cake taste!

One year I tagged along with the county health inspector at the county fair. After seeing some of the places I was shocked to find that the ICE CREAM vendors had tons of violations and weren't allowed to even open until all the bugs and sloppy mess were cleaned up. On to the answer to your question: I'll play it safe with those humungo vidalia onion rings salted down.
