in this situation, generally progestron hormon is given, orally, vaginally or intra muscular depending upon your hormone level.
but the rest during this period, generally help the most.

I had one at 11 weeks. The only pills i was given were vicodin. they were for the pain, I had a really hard time, but it was probably not the automatic thing they do, because I miscarried on the day of my brothers funeral, and i think the doc felt bad for me. but I am a true believer in the Vicodin god, because that was the worst pain of my life, (and I've delivered a 10 lb 6 oz baby drug free), and that stuff took all the pain away! I didn't have a d&c, so i don't know if they prescribe antibiotics when they do that, but maybe someone else can help you with that.

I don't think you need any pills, Maybe a D&C to clean you out.
