that's a really great thought.
Christmas is the mass of Christ, celebrating his birth into this world - but if you get any group of people together celebrating the Master then it could be seen that way. it could be Christmas all year - as long as it didn't dull peoples senses to the True meaning.

Christ doesn't = love, though it is sometimes said that God is love. This means that God loves perfectly. Christ is the Greek translation of the Hebrew word for Messiah, or "Anointed". Still, your definition seems to fit if what you mean is whenever we gather in the name of Christ we are practicing Christmas.

So start that in your immediate world - and see if it takes off. I love the theory and if everyone felt that everytime a family or family and other loved ones were together was CHristmas the world would be a better place. And then they would practice it and so on and so on...

Good one. But like I say to believers when they try to attack non-believers with puns: it's just a play on words, nothing to do with reality. And also, it only works in English.
