i have been going to a certain mcd's once a week, at the end of the grocery shopping trip for at least a year. from the very first time i went in there, i was shocked. the place was a mess. if there had been an alternative within 20 miles, i would have never set foot in that place again. as far as i can remember, they never served me one meal i was satisfied with the first time around. about two months ago, there was a particularly bad visit and i complained to the corporate office. since then, i have also been on a shorter fuse. if i don't get what i ordered, i make sure they take it back and try again. a couple of weeks ago, they argued with me when i knew i was right, and i lost my temper. i told them they never got my order right the first time and i was getting tired of it... a little louder than necessary. yesterday, when i went in, they practically threw the food at me and made wisecracks the whole time i was there. they are acting like i'm the problem. am i being unreasonable?

i should add that i worked at a good efficient mcd's for a year and a half and therefore know how things are supposed to work, and what their quality and service standards are. this place doesn't even come close.

McDs is almost known for not getting orders correct. It may not be unreasonable to expect to get what you ordered, but it certainly will add unnecessary stress to your life. Just buy an extra meal at the grocery store and skip the trip to McD if it's that stressful.

NEVER send an order back!!!!Not if you want it clean. You need to watch the movie Waiting.Eating out is usually bad for you and if you are that picky and unsatisfied go somewhere else!Or I have an idea cook for yourself! You are being unfair. The people that work at these types of places are not the brightest, if they were they wouldn't be working there, maybe that is why you worked there. If a restaurant was a mess the first time I went in I would not stay.So either suck it up or drive the 20 miles and go somewhere else.

no you aren't being unreasonable at all, however, you know as well as I do(since you worked at one) they will remember you and add "extra flavoring" to your order. It's best to remain unknown and not stand out to the people who are fixing your food. Try another restaurant for a while and keep complaining to the home office. Same thing happened to me, and I complained....didn't go back for a while, but the turnover is high usually at fast food places, and now I don't remember or know any of em. And the food and service is better!

No you are no being unreasonable, if you ask for service at a place and they don't provide a good service to you and started bothering you then it's not your fault go to another resteraunt.Go to the corporate ooffice again. It's not your fault you get busted out of a public resteraunt just because of that!!

Maybe you're right and maybe you're wrong. But a good lesson is don't ever piss off anyone that is dealing with your food. If you keep going back there and getting angry, they're gonna do something to your food!!

Ok, first thing, it's only Mdcs. Second, you're what on the inside, is called a "problem customer." You might remember them from working there.

you pay for a service...if they don't provide you with a good experience including clean atmosphere and a good quality mean (although asking alot from a mcdonalds), then its up to them to make it alright.
