Lea and Pearins Worchestershire Sauce, Garlic granules, Salt, Pepper, Minced Garlic and minced onions.
Rub seasonings in to the roast and marinate for a couple hours in the frig. After marinating, place in a roasting pan, do not add water. Cover up and place in a preheated oven of 375. Baste roast twice or more if you want it nice and juicy. Depending on the size of the roast it should not take no more then two and half hours. If you like it medium rare a good hour and a half for a 15 lb roast would be good. This depends also if you are using a gas or propane range or and electric range oven. Big difference in cooking. My own technique is different form many. My roasts always come out the way I like them. Very good and juicy.

Use any recipe but slow bake it in stoneware in the oven.
Perfect two pieces of stoneware for this is from Pampered Chef.
It will be a little pricey but you can get the bottom first and the top later. After you make your roast this way try a pork tenderloin.

Three tablespoons olive oil. Celery, onion, carrot in equal parts, cut any way you please. Toss in the bottom of the pan. Flop the roast in on top of the cut veg and add salt 1 teaspoon, pepper 1/2 teaspoon. Garlic, thyme, 1 teaspoon dry, 1 tablespoon fresh. 1 bay leaf. These measures good for 1-3lb roast. Roast @ 350 uncovered till meat is tender. Depends on your pan and your oven???
