TGV and Shinkansen trains are the fastest. TGV has the record for high speed trains (515,3 km/h on May 18th, 1990).

The Japanese Shing Kan Sen (that's how it sounds but I've probably spelled it wrong). It is the first "bullet train" and remains the fastest. I think the top operating speed is near 180 MPH.

according to my informtion the fastest is bullet train but i say the fastest between humans is of love and hate.
