Dogs poop. The owners are responsible for picking it up. When I walk my dog I carry a poop bag. If you have a pet you should be responsible for it.

a rude lady on my street used to let her dog pewp everywhere and never picked it up. we started throwing it in a 5 gallon bucket behind my shed every time it happened...a couple months later her front lawn was very fertilized. i recommend this to get the message across.

If you see an irresponsible dog owner then go and pick up his dogs poo with a plastic bag and then dump the dog poo on the dog owners head...
