I am going through a very rought time past few weeks and I can only blame myself for these actions.

AVOIDING bad influence is always a great choice. Though it is tough at the beginning because your are trying to re-establish your foundation. But take courage. Pray that God will connect you to good people who are always around. Just be yourself. Be strong and move on.

If they are leading you astray and encouraging you to behave badly then yes, if you want your life to improve then you should cut them off. It is hard but it is your life, watch from a distance they flush their lives down the toilet and be glad you stopped seeing them when you did. You can make new friends easily.

Sometimes you have to....I learned this the hard way a friend that was no good for me made up a nasty rumor and tried to break my marriage up and we have a son together........thats truly learning the hard way so sometimes yes......and w/o her I am a much better person.

Sometimes it is absolutely necessary to change our people,places & things. That's exactly what I had to do about 10 years ago. I believe it saved my life.

At least until you are strong enough to go back and help them with their problems.

i had to make this same choice years ago. i chose to cut off ties with my friends. as a result though, my life has gotten a lot better.

If they don't support any change that you are trying to make for the better, then they aren't really your friends.

if you are good, even if you will always stay with them, i don't think it will effect you. rather you have a opportunity to correct them...
