You could get a little layered look and use mouse to thicken
it up, blow dry your hair upside down, using fingers to make
it look a little messy. Then lightly brush, and use finger again
for a fuller look. Or, you could get a body wave, not a perm.
Body wave will add thickness, perm will create curly look.
It's up to you, but you should buy hairstyle mags at a store,
they can give you all sort of great ideas. Maybe even for a
new look >

You can use thickening products for your hair but the results are not always 100% accurate. I use an extent ion .Get one with the same kind and color of your hair and let the beauty salon hair dresser show you how to put it .I have been using it for three months now and every time somebody asks me how I changed my hair to look so good I just say I am using a different shampoo .And the best part is you can wear it all day and just take it off at night

apply mayonnaise on your hair for two hours twice a week it will make wonders on ur hair and soon u will get a healthy sclap here are some great tips for u # Trim your hair regularly—half an inch a month at the most and every three or four months at the least. Clipping the ends keeps the strands healthy and strong. At the same time, it removes split ends. # Limit the amount of chemicals you put in your hair. Over use of perms and color can damage the hair shaft. # Massage your scalp regularly to stimulate blood circulation in the scalp to promote growth.

Go to a stylist and have layers cut in it, there are also temporary thickening products your can style your hair with. Otherwise for the long term Nioxin is good.

use panteen pro v...i had long hair/.to my butt at one time..as you can see in my profile..and use a large tooth comb .combing your hair from the bottom up..use conditioner.. only shampoo everyother day. because shampooing everyday drys out your hair..meaning it takes all the oil from your hair..which conditioner replaces. (but its not the same)...and dry it with a towl..dont just throw the towl on there and wrestle it around...use the towl in a top to bottom motion..so as to not tangle your hair...try panteen pro v a couple weeks and let me know if it works...

Get a thickening shampoo and conditioner and a volumising blow dry spray. Use it sparingly though cos too much can be a disaster!
